Biography is a movie genre that describes life of famous people like writers, actors, politicians, singers, philosophers and other in details in order to impart to people this information. According to opinion of some specialists this genre appeared as a result of reducing the number of people who read books, biography of famous people. With the appearance of television and broadcasting books became of less importance and popularity as watching film is less laborious process at takes less time then reading books. Still, the interest to details of life way of famous people never reduced and so the biography film genre provides people with the information they need and producers with desirable income.

Life is to long so it may be put in limits of two-hour picture, so usually the biography films describe the most interesting and token facts of famous person's life. Usually those moments are the events that on one or another way influenced the life and creative work of writer or an actor or singer, or moments that are influenced the life and political vision of emblematic politician. Sure no single biography is produced without revealing of scandalous facts of celebrity's life. Such facts like affairs on the side that her or his wife or husband doesn't know about. Actually films of biography genre may be divided into two types: pictures that are aimed on revealing the creative development of famous person and the second type – pictures that reveal scandalous facts of famous persons' life, facts that were hidden behind the curtain of its activity.
